Join Live Nation Entertainment, the foremost global live entertainment company, as a Marketing Coordinator for Latin America. This crucial role supports the strategic marketing management of international tours and facilitates seamless coordination across diverse teams to guarantee the success of marketing initiatives throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily marketing operations for international tours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Global Touring and local Latin American teams, to manage and monitor tour specifics such as on-sale dates, marketing directives, and press protocols.
- Craft comprehensive marketing briefs for international promoters and marketing teams.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing budgets and campaign performance across numerous projects.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and artist proposals.
- Compile and review all tour marketing assets before submission to external partners.
- Conduct social listening and press monitoring within Latin America to generate announcement recap reports.
- Coordinate pre-show and day-of-show press activities with Artist teams.
- Utilize and maintain the Live Nation Latin America website with appropriate tools.
- Be prepared to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by show schedules and deadlines.
- Provide support for additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally within the music, entertainment, or media sectors.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken communication.
- Proficiency in organization and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong collaborative abilities, enabling effective teamwork and management of internal and external stakeholders.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Adept at independent problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing, encompassing organic content and paid advertising.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessitated by tour dates and critical deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is advantageous.
