LMS Specialist

AutoRABIT is seeking a LearningHub Content Specialist to support the LearningHub Lead in managing and maintaining customer-facing learning content. This role is crucial for ensuring training materials are well-organized, accurate, and effective for customer onboarding and enablement. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and engage with customers to understand learning needs, address content-related inquiries, and enhance the overall learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize courses, modules, and resources within the LearningHub.
• Update learning materials to reflect product updates and process changes.
• Apply learning content workflows and adhere to quality standards.
• Monitor LearningHub performance and report any content or platform issues.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to improve learning effectiveness.
• Assist with learning content audits and identify gaps in training coverage.
• Support LearningHub migrations, enhancements, and content improvements.
• Coordinate with product, enablement, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
• Adhere to set internal control procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience working with content platforms or learning management systems (LMS).
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and technical concepts.
• Proficiency in managing multiple content updates while ensuring accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills, suitable for customer-facing content.
• Experience with LMS platforms or customer education programs is a plus.
• A background in enablement, training, or content coordination is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or enterprise software is advantageous.
• Experience supporting or interacting with customers in a content or enablement role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days in the office. The position operates on a UK shift schedule and is a permanent role with a compensation of 7.5 LPA.
