LMS Developer Role

We are looking for an experienced LMS Developer (PHP / JavaScript / Python) to design and maintain custom Learning Management Systems. This full-time, permanent role is based in Delhi with night shift availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom LMS platforms or features including courses, quizzes, certificates, and user management using PHP (Laravel), Python (Django/Flask), or Node.js.
• Create responsive front-end interfaces with JavaScript frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
• Implement secure user authentication and roles via JWT/OAuth.
• Maintain and optimize relational/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Troubleshoot existing LMS components and integrate RESTful APIs for payments, email, and third-party tools.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content teams, and QA testers to deliver scalable e-learning solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in at least one backend language: PHP (Laravel), Python (Django/Flask), or JavaScript (Node.js).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React/Vue.
• Experience customizing open-source LMS platforms like Moodle.
• Proficiency in version control tools such as Git/GitHub.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and unit testing practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities (Spoken English).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience required.
