Project Role: LLM Model Developer

Project Role Description: You will fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs), with a strong focus on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation. The goal is to enhance model relevance and performance within specific contexts.

Summary: As an LLM Model Developer, you will be instrumental in the intricate process of fine-tuning Large Language Models. Your responsibilities will include instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to improve model relevance and performance for diverse applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze model outputs, iterate on training processes, and implement strategies to optimize performance, staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team effectively.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across various teams.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies for model fine-tuning and adaptation.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Large Language Models.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods.
• Experience in deploying models in production environments.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models is required.
• This position is based in Mumbai, India.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
