LLM Model Developer

About The Role

As a Large Language Model (LLM) Model Developer, you will be instrumental in fine-tuning LLMs, with a specific focus on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation. This role involves enhancing model relevance and performance within particular contexts, ensuring they meet the diverse requirements of various applications.

Your daily activities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing model outputs, iterating on training processes, and implementing optimization strategies. A keen awareness of the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage teams.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to immediate team challenges and across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies for model fine-tuning and adaptation.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Large Language Models.

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing techniques.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods.
• Experience in deploying models in production environments.

Additional Information

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with Large Language Models.

The role is based in Mumbai.

A total of 15 years of full-time education is required.
