• Proficiency in NLP, model fine-tuning, and domain-specific LLM adaptation
• Experience handling large-scale datasets for AI/ML development
• Skill with distributed model training and computing environments
• Mastery of machine learning frameworks and programming languages
• Ability to perform strong model evaluation and performance optimization

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in LLMs or Generative AI
• 15 years of full-time education completed
