About The Role

As an LLM Model Developer at Accenture's Bengaluru office, you will play a pivotal role in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs). Your primary focus will be on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to significantly enhance model relevance and performance within specific contexts. This position requires a deep understanding of LLMs and natural language processing techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine model outputs, iterate on training processes, and implement strategies for optimization, staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in LLM development.
• Collaborate with and manage teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Take ownership of team decisions and strategic direction.
• Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decision-making processes.
• Provide effective solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across other teams.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in model development and fine-tuning.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to work with large datasets and implement effective data preprocessing techniques.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
