About The Role
As a LLM Model Developer at Accenture in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in fine-tuning Large Language Models. Your primary focus will be on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to significantly enhance model relevance and performance within specific contexts. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure models meet the diverse needs of various applications.
You will analyze model outputs, iterate on training processes, and implement strategies to improve overall model effectiveness in real-world scenarios. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field is crucial for continuously refining and innovating the model development process.
