About The Role

As an LLM Model Developer at Accenture in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs). This role emphasizes instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to significantly enhance model relevance and performance within specific contexts. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, analyzing model outputs, iterating on training processes, and implementing strategic optimizations to meet diverse user and application needs. A proactive approach to staying abreast of the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is crucial.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in LLM development.
• Collaborate with and manage teams to ensure effective performance.
• Take ownership of team decisions and project direction.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
• Provide effective solutions to immediate team challenges and across multiple departments.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in model development and fine-tuning.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Demonstrated experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to work with large datasets and implement robust data preprocessing techniques.

Additional Information

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in Large Language Models. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
