LLM Model Developer - Accenture, Bengaluru

Accenture is seeking a skilled LLM Model Developer to join their team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on the intricate process of fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), with a strong emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation. The goal is to significantly enhance model relevance and performance within specific contexts, ensuring they meet diverse user and application needs.

As a developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze model outputs, iterate on training processes, and implement strategies to optimize performance. A keen awareness of the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is essential. You will be expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), lead and manage team efforts, and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.

• Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
• Experience with SAP Product Lifecycle Management is a must.

Good to have:

• Knowledge on Enterprise Search.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
• 15 years of full-time education required.
