Join Accenture in Bengaluru as an LLM Model Developer. This role focuses on fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), with a specialization in instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to boost model relevance and performance in specific contexts. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks to drive innovation and business transformation. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing model outputs, iterating on training processes, and implementing strategies to optimize performance, while staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI for complex business challenges.
- Automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with teams to ensure high performance and make critical decisions.
- Provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for model fine-tuning and adaptation.
- Mentor junior team members in model development.
Required Skills:
