LLM Model Developer

About The Role

As a Large Language Model (LLM) Model Developer at Accenture in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in fine-tuning LLMs. Your primary focus will be on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to significantly enhance model relevance and performance within specific contexts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that these models meet the diverse needs of users and applications. This role involves analyzing model outputs, iterating on training processes, and implementing strategies for performance optimization, all while staying abreast of the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in LLM development.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to achieve project goals.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and outcomes.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in LLM development and fine-tuning.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.

Additional Information

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Large Language Models is required.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
