Accenture is seeking an experienced LLM Model Developer to join their team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be instrumental in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), with a primary focus on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation. Your work will be crucial in enhancing the relevance and performance of LLMs within specific contexts, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of users and applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze model outputs, iterate on training processes, and implement advanced strategies to optimize performance. A strong awareness of the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning is essential. As an expected Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will also be responsible for team decisions, providing solutions to complex problems, and mentoring junior team members. Continuous evaluation and implementation of best practices in model development and fine-tuning are key aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must-Have Skills: Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), a strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, proven experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning, proficiency in programming languages like Python, and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Ability to work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in Large Language Models.
• Education: 15 years of full-time education is required.
• Location: This position is based at our office in Bengaluru.
