LINUX Support Specialist

How You Will Do It

• Provide level 1 and level 2 support for Linux environments, including user account management and system configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Linux operating systems and applications.
• Maintain and monitor system performance, ensuring high uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve system-related problems efficiently.
• Document and track all support requests within the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Linux operating systems and associated software.
• Participate in training sessions and mentor users on Linux best practices to promote efficient system usage.

Required Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Fundamental knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces.
