Responsibilities
Virtualization Expertise
- Work with virtualization tools such as Proxmox, SolusVM, Virtualizor and Hyper-V.
Network and Tools Management
- Handle tools like cPanel/WHM, Plesk, routers, and switches.
- Ensure smooth operations of DNS, email servers, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, IIS, and MSSQL.
Protocol and Communication Management
- Expertise in protocols such as SMTP, IMAP, POP3, HTTP, DNS, FTP, and SSH.
Problem Analysis and Resolution
- Monitor hardware, applications, and network status and proactively resolve issues
Scripting and Automation
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate and streamline processes.
Collaboration and Communication
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues.
- Maintain strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
People Management and Leadership
- Foster collaboration and manage team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to teammates through coaching.
- Lead technical operations in mission-critical hosting infrastructure environments.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a web hosting industry.
- Expertise in cPanel/WHM, Plesk, and server environments (Linux and Windows).
- Proficiency in on-premise virtualization tools (Proxmox, SolusVM, Virtualizor)
- Have experience with Automation Deployment with Ansible, NOC-PS,
- Can monitoring with like Librenms, Zabbix, Icinga2, Grafana/Prometheus/AlertManager Stack.
- Strong understanding of networking and server fundamentals, DNS, and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Marathi/Hindi/English Communication skills.
