Mission Statement:

The Legal & Integrity (L&I) Operations Developer & Data Analyst supports the global Legal Tech Development Team with tool development, maintenance, data management, critical process oversight, reporting, and analysis for the L&I team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop reports and applications using Microsoft Power platforms including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Assist in rolling out new systems through testing and documentation support.
• Provide Level 1 user support to the L&I community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to drive business objectives and continuous improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality with discretion and uphold high professional standards.
• Embody Hitachi Energy's core values of safety, integrity, responsibility for actions, and care for colleagues and the business.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1-5 years of experience as a developer or data analyst.
• A self-starter capable of owning tasks from start to finish.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
