We are seeking professionals with Graphic Design expertise for the EY GDS PC Learning Labs team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client teams to understand needs, review scripts, design visual storyboards, and create/edit designs.
• Independently handle design, visualization, and media development from conception to delivery.
• Develop high-quality mock-ups, graphics, wireframes, illustrations, and animations.
• Create and maintain a portfolio showcasing design capabilities and thought process.
• Focus on infographics, data visualization, and interactive design to communicate complex information.
• Emphasize teamwork and collaboration to ensure cohesive design strategy.
• Maintain graphic standards, guidelines, and checklists for projects.
• Create high-end, cutting-edge designs for complex projects and new showcase demo samples.
• Consider accessibility and UI/UX perspectives in design.
• Ensure final products align with client needs and are delivered on time.
• Adopt a result-oriented approach and problem-solve in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
• Create multimedia elements (videos, simulations, role-plays, games) to support learning.
• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders and team members.
• Evaluate design effectiveness in learning solutions and recommend enhancements.
• Mentor and coach aligned media team members, driving reusability and other initiatives.
• Contribute to developing training-related proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Develop a wide range of digital learning deliverables: Web-based learning, Videos, Interactive PDFs, Webcasts, Podcasts, and nano-learnings.
• Utilize rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, GOMO.
• Expertise in multimedia design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, Synthesia, Vyond, Camtasia, VideoScribe, and Audition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8-12 years of experience in learning, media, and communication creative fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design work.
• Familiarity with e-learning best practices, SCORM/AICC standards, learning design, and rapid authoring tools.
• Expertise in web, print, and digital creative communication, including eLearning development, UI/interaction design, explainer videos, and multimedia animations.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt.
• Strong attention to detail.
