Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive training programs for all organizational employees to enhance skills, productivity, and work quality.
- Develop and implement effective systems for employee orientation, training, development, and evaluation.
- Design, develop, administer, and implement systematic training activities and programs for all staff levels, aiming to cultivate a highly motivated, flexible, and multi-skilled workforce.
- Assess employee training needs and create tailored programs to meet these requirements.
- Ensure the implementation of an active and efficient training system across all departments.
- Plan and administer training seminars in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all conducted training programs.
- Foster a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations and bring any matters affecting Novotel Kolkata's interests to the attention of management.
