Compensation: Begin your journey with a monthly salary of Rs. 15,000, subject to applicable deductions and taxes.
Working Hours and Shifts: You agree to work varying timeframes as required by ToolClinic.in to fulfill the duties of the position.
Professional Development Journey: Participate in a four-semester professional development program covering Production, Quality Assurance, Service Field Exposure, troubleshooting, and machine assembly. This includes undertaking exams every six months to qualify for the next semester level and acquiring the necessary skills for progression. You will gain experience working with multiple companies during this tenure.
