Leader Technical Training

Role Overview

A full-time opportunity in Gurugram/Bhimadole (IMEA Region) for a Technical Training Leader reporting to the Operations Leader. This role is pivotal in driving business objectives within the manufacturing process's technical training division.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead and deliver Business Objectives & KPIs focused on Manufacturing Technical Training.
• Cultivate a robust Safety culture ensuring healthy work environments for all associates.
• Promote 5S standards across learning facilities to ensure excellence.
• Conduct needs analysis, collaborate with HR/Operations leaders, and bridge skill gaps via targeted interventions.
• Create and revise training systems by analyzing operating practices and certification records.

Strategic Initiatives

• Facilitate technical workshops utilizing methodologies like A-PDCA, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen events, and Monozukuri way principles.
• Implement metrics to track 'time-to-autonomy' for new hires and upskilling effectiveness.
• Develop long-term strategies aligned with Process, People, & Technology vision.
• Mentor teams on problem-solving methodologies and drive multi-tier apprenticeship programs (NATS/NAPS).

Collaboration

You will work closely with Functional Leaders, HR Business Partners, EHS, Maintenance, Quality, Global counterparts, and technical training providers to identify the easiest, fastest, and safest ways of working.
