Lead UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end user research, including interviews, usability studies, field insights, surveys, and journey mapping.
• Translate research findings into actionable user needs, identify opportunity areas, and define prioritized product challenges.
• Create intuitive design flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and interaction models for product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to refine product requirements and develop solutions informed by user behavior.
• Conduct usability testing and measure experience outcomes before and after product releases.
• Partner with visual design, content strategy, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Co-own feature success metrics and continuously iterate on experiences post-launch.

Required Skills:

• A strong foundation in interaction design, encompassing flows, wireframes, task models, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in conducting and synthesizing user research independently, including interviews, usability studies, surveys, and behavioral analysis.
• An AI-native mindset, naturally integrating AI tools for ideation, rapid exploration, synthesis, and creative enhancement.
• Fluency with modern design tools such as Figma (with AI add-ons), diagramming software, research analysis tools, and prototyping platforms.
• A deep understanding of usability heuristics, accessibility standards, mental models, and human-centered decision-making principles.
• Comfort and skill in navigating ambiguity, bringing structure, clarity, and progress without relying on perfect upfront information.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, capable of defending design decisions, influencing stakeholders, and clearly presenting research and design work.
