Full Job Description
As a **Lead Technical Support Engineer (LatAm)**, you will investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end, debugging AI + SaaS stack components using telemetry, logs, and network inspection. Your responsibilities include reproducing bugs, identifying root causes, and resolving system defects through configuration, prompt refinement, or user guidance. You’ll analyze systemic patterns, document runbooks, and communicate effectively with engineering and product leadership. Key qualifications include debugging web applications, a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, proficiency in modern web frameworks (React, Node.js, Flask, Next.js), and comfort with AI systems, LLMs, and agent frameworks. Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and debugging generative models is a plus.
