Lead System Engineer

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Spring Boot Developer with 7–10 years of expertise in building enterprise-grade applications. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based solutions to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.

What does the job entail?

• Application Development: Design and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud; build optimized RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration with a focus on security.
• System Design & Integration: Collaborate with architects to design system components; integrate databases (SQL/NoSQL), messaging systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ, and external APIs; ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline deployment.
• Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable code following industry standards; conduct rigorous unit and integration testing; participate in code reviews to troubleshoot technical issues across environments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, QA engineers, and DevOps teams within an agile framework (stand-ups, sprint planning); provide technical input during requirement analysis and solution design.

Work Experience

We require 7–10 years of experience in Java development with strong expertise in Spring Boot. Candidates should have hands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP. Proficiency in software design patterns and debugging skills is essential.

B.E, B.Tech, MCA, BCA

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to event-driven architectures and domain-driven design (DDD).
• Knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular or React for full-stack collaboration.
• Experience in performance tuning and scalability optimization.
