We are seeking dynamic Lead Solution Engineers to collaborate with our leading Financial Services clients. This role is pivotal in crafting innovative customer engagement strategies, demonstrating Salesforce's platform capabilities, and translating complex business needs into impactful solutions.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Solution Discovery & Design: Partner with Business and IT teams through targeted discovery sessions to uncover challenges and craft tailored, innovative Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Customer Engagement & Solution Selling: Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities via live demos, prototypes, and presentations to various client personas; support sales cycles with RFx responses, business cases, and ROI analyses.
• Strategic Roadmaps & Thought Leadership: Build and articulate clear customer journey strategies and IT roadmaps, guiding large enterprises on digital transformation and highlighting Salesforce's value proposition.
• Business & Technical Consulting: Lead cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions and articulate benefits to stakeholders. Travel as required for client meetings and workshops.
