Job Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement innovative software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting, demonstrating the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
• Author secure, high-quality production code, and conduct thorough code reviews and debugging for code written by team members.
• Proactively identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to significantly enhance the operational stability of software applications and systems.
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to rigorously assess architectural designs, technical capabilities, and suitability for integration into existing systems and information architecture.
• Spearhead communities of practice within Software Engineering to foster the adoption and awareness of emerging and leading-edge technologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of applied experience in software engineering, supported by formal training or certifications.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React/Next.js.
• Practical experience in mobile application development, specifically with iOS/Swift.
• Strong understanding and practical application of automation and continuous delivery methodologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, and security best practices.
• Proven ability in leveraging software applications and technical processes within specialized domains like cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its associated IT systems.
• Practical experience with cloud-native architectures and development.
