Lead Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative software solutions with creative design and development.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and debug others' work.
• Broaden end-to-end cloud-native microservices applications.
• Automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
• Promote enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for improved quality and delivery speed.
• Utilize SDLC toolchain, including automation capabilities, to enhance value realization.
• Evaluate external vendors and startups for architectural designs applicable to existing systems.
• Continuously update technologies to avoid single points of failure.
• Buil scalable solutions using modern architectural patterns.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years applied experience in software engineering concepts with formal training or certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React frameworks and Java backend technologies.
• Solve design challenges independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript design patterns.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, Sass, LESS pre-compilers.
• Experience using agile methodologies throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design for accessibility.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-assisted tool usage in code review, testing acceleration, troubleshooting while validating outputs securely.
• Familiarity with responsible AI use including data sensitivity considerations and adherence to security expectations.
• Mastery across all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
