Your work will directly influence how teams access information, plan resources, and make business decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Build reliable business applications ensuring critical sales and operational data is captured, maintained, and accessible.
• Improve workforce planning by developing tools for managing requests, assignments, staffing, and operations.
• Work with large-scale data integrations across multiple systems to create useful dashboards.
• Automate business processes by replacing manual workflows with scalable solutions.
• Provide leaders and teams with accurate data for forecasting and reporting.
• Develop intelligent capabilities including recommendations, AI-assisted workflows, and notifications.

Daily Activities

• Design and maintain enterprise-grade platforms supporting hundreds of engineers.
• Own Infrastructure as Code across AWS, Azure, and GCP using containerization.
• Build scalable Python microservices with Flask for internal platforms.
• Create production-quality self-service apps.
• Develop secure REST APIs with authentication, authorization, monitoring, and observability.
• Integrate enterprise applications via Informatica IICS (CDI, CAI).
• Deploy highly available containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot production issues in networking, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and APIs.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices with engineering leadership.
