About the Role: Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a visionary Lead Software Engineer to join our vibrant international team based in Pune. You will drive innovation and make a real impact by designing robust embedded systems, leading cross-cultural teams, and shaping technologies that affect entire cities and countries.

Your Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Experience Level: 13-15 years in Electronics & Communication or Computer Science.
• Core Competencies:
• Adept at designing and architecting Embedded Systems solutions using C, C++, and Linux-based application development.
• Strong grasp of multi-threading, Inter-Process Communications (IPCs), and bootloader architecture.
• Familiarity with hardware interfaces including I2C, SPI, UART, RF, Cell Modems, GPS, Display, EEPROM, and SD-Cards.
• Proficient in basic hardware debugging tools such as Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Power Supplies, and soldering techniques.
• Leadership & Process: Experience leading development teams of 6-10 members. Skilled in reviewing system requirements, managing backlogs (JIRA), requirement management (Polarion/DOORS), version control (GIT), and shell scripting.
• Debugging & Tools: Hands-on experience with Kernel Debugging, GDB, JTAG, UML design tools, Enterprise Architect, and specification-driven development approaches enhanced by AI.
