About This Role
Join Gartner's AI-focused Software Development team as we architect, implement, design, and deploy algorithms and Python-based applications. Your work will support our Research & Consulting Delivery strategy by establishing methodologies for rolling out new data analysis capabilities using AI, ML, LLMs, NLP, BERT, Transformers, Deep Learning, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead architecture discussions to ensure data science solutions align with strategic objectives.
- Analyze unstructured text data using advanced techniques like machine learning and natural language processing.
- Create Data Science packages and APIs for organizational use while ensuring scalability, stability, and business adoption.
- Mentor junior team members on effective technical practices in an AGILE-SCRUM environment.
What You'll Need
We are looking for engineers with 7-9 years of experience in algorithms, statistics, data mining, machine learning, and NLP. Proficiency is required in building Generative AI/Agentic AI solutions using LangChain, prompt engineering, and frameworks like Cohere or Anthropic models.
