Lead Software Engineer

Role Overview

Lead the design, development, and delivery of Blue Yonder's next-generation cloud-native Supply Chain Data Platform.

Your Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable, secure, and highly available microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Azure, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Collaborate with global product teams to translate business requirements into high-quality software solutions.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, drive CI/CD improvements, and ensure operational excellence.
• Lead root cause analysis for production incidents and enhance platform reliability.

Tech Stack:

We use Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, Hibernate, REST APIs, GraphQL, Snowflake, Scala, Spark, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Azure AKS/ARM Templates, Docker/Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Java microservices architecture on cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
• Proven track record building scalable SaaS platforms with event-driven designs.
• Expertise in Big Data technologies (Snowflake, Spark) and distributed systems.
• Strong leadership skills including mentoring, Agile collaboration, and technical decision-making.
