Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Software Engineer specializing in Java Microservices with expertise in Camunda. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern microservice architectures within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Kafka, Kafka Streams, and Artemis MQ messaging systems.
Create optimized database schemas in PostgreSQL.
Leverage container technologies like Kubernetes (with Helm charts) and Istio for deployment and management.
Ensure high code quality through CI/CD pipelines and TDD practices using JUNIT and Maven.

Required Skills & Technologies:

Mandatory: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes/Helm/Istio, Camunda 8 (Zeebe Engine), BPMN notation.
Premium/Advantageous Skills: Frontend development (Angular), Big Data solutions, DevOps support, gRPC protocol expertise. Experience handling end-to-end delivery from requirements to architectural decisions is a strong plus.

Experience Requirement:

Minimum of 5+ years in relevant Java and microservices-based system development.
