Lead Software Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our Asset & Wealth Management team at JPMorganChase. In this role, you will drive mobile innovation by building secure, stable, and scalable technology products that define the future of financial services.

Your Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading full-lifecycle development (SDLC) for multiple concurrent iOS/iPadOS projects from concept to production.
• Spearheading technical architecture using Swift/SwiftUI, MVVM, and Clean Architecture patterns while modernizing legacy Objective-C codebases.
• Pioneering the adoption of enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate delivery speed and enhance code quality without compromising security or compliance.
• Ensuring production stability by resolving critical issues (crashes, performance bottlenecks) and managing safe App Store/Play Store releases.

Tech Stack & Skills:

We value deep proficiency in Swift, Xcode, SwiftUI/UIKit, Combine, and Concurrency. Experience with Kotlin for cross-platform consistency is a strong plus. You will be integral to our CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Git and automated testing frameworks like XCTest/XCUITest.
