Krimatix is building a modern industrial SaaS platform for execution, inspection, integrity, and operational workflows. We enable organizations to digitize complex business processes using configurable, metadata-driven systems, automation, and engineering solutions.

We are seeking a skilled Lead Software Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of frontend, backend, architecture, and delivery. This role requires deep expertise in Node.js, React.js, and metadata-driven platform development.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade full-stack systems.
• Build scalable frontend applications using React.js / Next.js.
• Develop secure, high-performance backend APIs with Node.js (Fastify / Express or similar).
• Own technical architecture for new modules and platform capabilities.
• Design relational schemas, queries, and scalable data models.
• Implement multi-tenant SaaS features including tenant isolation and RBAC.
• Create reusable libraries, shared components, and internal frameworks.
• Design and extend metadata-driven systems (dynamic forms, workflows, rules engines, configurable modules).
• Drive testing standards (unit, integration, CI quality gates).
• Optimize application performance across all layers.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with React.js in production.
• 5+ years hands-on experience building production systems with Node.js.
• Strong full-stack development experience.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Expertise in:
• Component architecture and scalable frontend design.
• State management (Redux / Zustand or equivalent).
• Backend API design and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience building metadata-driven platforms (dynamic forms, workflow engines, rules engines, configurable systems).
• Strong experience with:
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL / SQL Server / MySQL), query optimization, and schema design.
• MongoDB or hybrid data models.
• Experience implementing:
• RBAC across UI, API, and data layers.
• JWT-based authentication systems.
• Tenant isolation and secure access control.
• Experience with Fastify or comparable high-performance Node.js frameworks.
• Strong debugging, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

• Next.js advanced SSR / performance optimization.
