Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. In this pivotal role, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade software solutions using a modern technology stack including Angular/React, Spring Boot, and microservices.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain complex, scalable web applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 software developers.
- Design secure systems utilizing OAuth2, SSO, and Spring Security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Champion CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and BDD practices to ensure high code quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proven expertise in building robust, scalable applications with React/Angular and Spring Boot.
- Strong background in microservices architecture and RESTful web services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
