Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Frontend) to own our UI component library, ensure WCAG accessibility compliance, and build scalable React.js applications. You will partner with UX designers to create responsive components, mentor junior developers, and drive design consistency across mobile-first platforms including Flutter integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop reusable, accessible UI components using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Promote adoption of the component library through demos, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Ensure all interfaces meet WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA standards for inclusivity (keyboard navigation, screen readers).
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
