Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Java FULL Stack Lead with at least 8 years of experience in Java development. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust Java applications using agile methodologies. Key responsibilities include writing high-quality, reusable, and efficient code; debugging and troubleshooting existing applications; collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions; providing technical support to developers; and participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. You will also stay current with emerging Java development trends and technologies. Essential skills include strong knowledge of Java, the Spring framework, and Hibernate; experience with relational databases like MySQL and Oracle; excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities; and strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.
