The Role
We need a Lead Software Engineer to contribute to business-critical functionality used by clients daily. You will work with experienced engineers across locations, influencing how we build, modernize, and evolve our platform using C#/.NET while learning APL for existing logic.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of backend solutions in APL and C#/.NET
- Drive technical discussions aligned with long-term business goals
- Architect scalable, secure, high-performance systems
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, planning, and agile practices
- Ensure reliability via unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
- 7+ years experience with C#/.NET Core/Framework
- Expertise in OOP, clean code, APIs, and integration patterns
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing
Nice-to-Haves
- Fintech or regulated industry experience
- Azure/cloud development background
- Vector-based programming exposure
