About the Role
Northern Trust is seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Architecture engineering team in Bengaluru. This role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting applications across cloud technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, workflow automation, and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support integrations using Azure, Python, REST APIs, and modern architectures.
- Build cloud-based services utilizing Microsoft Azure and related tools like Logic Apps or Power Automate.
- Create AI-enabled solutions including copilots and agent-based applications.
- Troubleshoot issues in application, integration, and data environments.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews and CI/CD practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in software development, preferably with cloud platforms (Azure).
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
- Familiarity with data management, modeling, and governance principles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to emerging technologies such as AI agents.
