Role Overview
The Tech Lead is responsible for managing specifications, design, and development of large-scale Internet-based applications. You will serve as a leading member of the Product Development team to manage delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage specification, design, development, code reviews, debugging, and architecture for scalable web services.
- Provide leadership to coach, motivate, and lead team members toward optimum performance.
- Mentor junior and senior engineering team members throughout their growth paths.
- Spearhead evaluation of latest technologies and participate in architectural decisions.
- Coordinate application development projects with Product Management, Quality Engineering, and Application Support teams.
- Review work to ensure coding standards, best practices, performance, and security requirements are met.
- Continuously improve software development life cycle processes.
- Aid recruiting efforts for the Technology department and other related teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations and reviews for supervised employees.
Requirements:
B. Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
6+ years of relevant software development experience with 2-3 years of leadership management experience.
Hands-on expertise delivering software to market using Python or Golang.
Strong understanding aligning business strategy with technology solutions.
Proven ability solving complex, large-scale problems in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
