Lead Software Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer at TechVerito (Pune City, Maharashtra) with 8–10 years of professional experience. This is an opportunity for Engineers or MCA candidates to lead technical initiatives in building robust applications and database solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Expertise: Design Oracle schemas, develop efficient SQL/PL/SQL procedures, and ensure high performance.
• API Development: Build RESTful APIs and SOAP web services to integrate client applications.
• Application Architecture: Develop scalable Java/Spring Boot solutions following SOLID principles and TDD/BDD practices.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert, conduct code reviews, mentor juniors, and guide best practices in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Tech Stack

We utilize core Java (J2SE), Spring Framework, Oracle Database, AWS/GCP infrastructure services, Docker, CI-CD pipelines (Terraform), and are exploring Agentic AI/RAG technologies. Frontend exposure to React.js is a plus.
