Lead - Shopify Developer

We are looking for a Lead Senior Developer to join our team and build extremely custom Shopify storefronts using headless architectures. This role focuses heavily on back-end development expertise with vanilla JS (PHP or Node.js).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of custom Shopify stores, focusing on headless Shopify and Shopify Plus.
• Design API integrations for payment gateways, CRMs, and inventory systems.
• Build highly customized storefronts extending headless eCommerce capabilities.
• Develop server-side features using Node.js and PHP to optimize performance.
• Mentor junior developers on code quality and scalability best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of back-end development with a strong portfolio in custom Shopify projects (Headless/Shopify Plus).
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Liquid, PHP, Node.js, Next.js.
• Familiarity with Shopify APIs and GraphQL for integrations.
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and Git version control.

• Excellent communication skills for client collaboration.
• Mentorship capabilities for guiding junior team members.
