About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with LLM and AI expertise (9-12 years experience). This is primarily a remote position, though candidates residing near or willing to work from our Gurugram office will be considered. You will serve as an individual contributor designing scalable agentic applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic AI Development: Design and implement high-performance backend systems in Python tailored for Agentic AI-driven workflows.
• Infrastructure & APIs: Develop robust microservices, RESTful APIs, and supporting infrastructure to serve machine learning models effectively.
• Code Quality: Write clean, modular code; actively participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain industry-best standards.
• Optimization: Debug and profile Python applications to eliminate bottlenecks in AI pipelines, ensuring maximum scalability.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with Tech Leads and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions while mentoring junior developers.
• DevOps Integration: Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of AI applications.
