Lead Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to oversee enterprise-wide case management systems and drive digital transformation within the public sector and nonprofit sectors. As part of Brite Systems' Global Delivery Hub in Chennai, you will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that empower government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Act as a primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements and communicating project updates effectively.
• Solution Development: Design and implement custom applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce, Omni Studio, and Flow automation to enhance system efficiency.
• Technical Leadership: Guide projects from conception through deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices, scalability, and security standards. Lead technical aspects including CI/CD pipeline implementation (Copado, GitHub, Jenkins).
• Integration & Data Strategy: Develop integrations between Salesforce and external business systems via APIs/web services; oversee complex data migrations, cleansing, modeling, and loading processes.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and mentor junior developers in best practices.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced support for resolving complex Salesforce issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience: 9+ years of experience with diverse clients; at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Certifications: Required: Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1). Multiple certifications are preferred.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Omni Studio, Process Builder/Flow, and managed package creation on AppExchange.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with public sector/nonprofit clients; knowledge of AWS cloud environment.
