About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead React & React Native Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and leading the implementation of our cutting-edge web and mobile applications for the financial sector. This is a permanent, full-time position for a senior developer with a strong technical background and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of both React (Web) and React Native (Android & iOS) applications.
• Establish frontend architecture, define coding standards, and promote best practices.
• Build secure, high-performance, and responsive UI components.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Implement robust authentication, authorization, and session management systems.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior frontend engineers.
• Ensure adherence to banking-grade security and performance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with UX designers, backend developers (Spring Boot/Microservices), and the DevOps team.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Strong expertise in React.js and React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.
• Familiarity with UI frameworks like Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with mobile-specific features including push notifications, biometrics, and secure storage.
• Skilled in API integration, including REST and OAuth2, JWT.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (Jest, RTL).
• Knowledge of secure app development practices (SSL pinning, device binding) is crucial.
• Familiarity with FIDO2 / passwordless authentication is a plus.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• An ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Banking or Fintech industry.
• Prior experience with mobile banking, payments, or other fintech platforms.
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance-driven systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
