Lead QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate system functionality, performance, and scalability for Adobe products.
• Create test cases and manually execute test plans across multiple Android and iOS applications in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with the QA team to plan, test, and certify software for release within cross-functional teams at our Noida location.
• Create and maintain automated tests for microservices calls/APIs and UI automation scripts using tools like Selenium or Appium.
• Work closely with design, product management, and other teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using industry-standard tools like Jira.
• Implement continuous testing practices and integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to enhance release velocity.
• Develop and maintain detailed QA documentation including test plans, cases, and data sets.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with developers to prevent regression issues in production environments.
• Monitor product quality metrics and proactively suggest process improvements for the testing lifecycle.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team.
