Lead Product Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Product Engineer to take full ownership of feature development for our innovative product. This is a critical individual contributor role (90% hands-on) where you will work closely with the Engineering team to develop, guide, and troubleshoot complex software solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and provide essential technical guidance to your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end feature development from conception to deployment.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and contribute to the overall architecture of the product.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs efficiently.
• Participate in discussions regarding product strategy and roadmap planning with stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

• 2-5 years of professional experience in product development, with a strong focus on full-stack or front-end development.
• Proven hands-on experience in designing and architecting software products.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Extensive experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, and other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with designing user interfaces using tools like Figma.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
• In-depth knowledge of core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise with React ecosystem tools such as Webpack and Redux.
• Experience with performance testing frameworks like Mocha and Jest.
• Proficiency in browser-based debugging and performance testing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience working with complex enterprise-level systems and applications.
• (Desirable) Working experience with AWS cloud platform.
