Full Job Description
EPAM Systems seeks a skilled Lead Power Apps Developer to lead the governance, security, and optimization of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot. This role involves overseeing platform administration, managing cross-departmental collaboration, and implementing best practices for application lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines. Key responsibilities include:
- Administering and securing the Microsoft Power Platform environment with compliance measures like tenant isolation and data protection.
- Supporting developers and users to maximize Power Platform efficiency.
- Managing development, testing, and production environments with proper resource allocation.
- Developing reusable code, starter kits, and enforcing governance frameworks for Power Apps/Automate solutions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into tailored Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshooting, leading initiatives, and driving technical excellence in a digital-first team.
Requirements:
- 8–13 years of IT experience.
- 5+ years in Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-driven apps.
- 1+ year of leadership experience in Power Platform projects.
- Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Azure Functions.
- Proficiency in Copilot Studio for building bots and integrations.
- B2-level English communication skills.
