Lead .NET Developer (.NET Core, C#, SQL, RabbitMQ) - Chennai

Synechron Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This pivotal role involves leading software development projects, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the creation of robust applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in C#, SQL, and a strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem.

About the Role:

As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be instrumental in driving the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions. You will guide and mentor junior team members, foster a culture of code quality through rigorous code reviews and unit testing, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features. Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies will be key to driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle for .NET applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure high code quality through comprehensive code reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages: Proficient in C#; foundational SQL knowledge; Python is a plus.
• Frameworks/Technologies: Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core, ASP.NET.
• Messaging Systems: Familiarity with RabbitMQ for implementing messaging solutions.
• Databases: Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or similar relational databases.
• Development Tools: Proficiency with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git.
• Methodologies: Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in Microsoft technologies, with a significant focus on .NET development.
• Demonstrated experience in leading software development projects and teams.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft technology certifications are advantageous.
