Lead MLOps Engineer

We are seeking a Lead MLOps Engineer to build scalable infrastructure powering enterprise ML and GenAI applications at IDFC FIRST Bank. This hands-on technical leadership role owns the end-to-end MLOps ecosystem, including model training/deployment pipelines, Kubernetes orchestration, self-hosted LLMs, security, and production reliability for cloud/on-prem environments.

• Design scalable MLOps pipelines for ML/GenAI models
• Build infrastructure for self-hosted LLMs across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem
• Own Kubernetes-based orchestration and containerization of ML workloads
• Manage CI/CD automation and release pipelines
• Set up monitoring for model performance, latency, and resource utilization
• Drive scalability, capacity planning, security, and cost optimization using Kubeflow, ONNX, Docker, Kong, JFrog
• Partner with Data Scientists to move models from experimentation to production
