Full Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Backend Lead Engineer in Hyderabad (Telangana) to lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of backend services, APIs, gateway functions, and data integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead backend solution design using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, RESTful API development, Microservices, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, SQL, TypeScript, Python, WPF, and Elasticsearch.
- Maintain the Cortex Semi Gateway while integrating heterogeneous acquisition and orchestration systems (Athena, SDP, DAP).
- Drive high-performance database design with a focus on PostgreSQL optimization, query tuning, troubleshooting, indexing strategies, data modeling, normalization, denormalization, transaction management.
- Implement secure authentication/authorization protocols using OAuth2/OIDC, JWT tokens, multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC).
- Mentor engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain code quality standards aligned with SAFe Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana for observability.
- Experience with RabbitMQ and Kafka messaging systems.
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch indexing strategies.
